Incident-replay labs

The team practitioner program includes labs built from real Percoro failures: a seeded bug where the obvious fix is wrong, a task where the naive command leaks a secret. Safe, reproducible, and felt.

The prototype sprint is the transfer step

Participants run the method on their own idea. They leave owning a working prototype, not a slide deck about one. The advisory hand-off at the end is the first line of a paid engagement.
