Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, complete an assessment, or request a consultation, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, job title, the content of your message, and your consent preferences. When you complete an AI readiness or AI economics assessment, we also collect your assessment responses, your overall score, your score by dimension, and the tier result. If you opt into marketing communications, we record that consent.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we collect standard technical information, including your IP address (stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in its original form), browser type, and the pages you visit. We also assign a visitor identifier and a session identifier to your browser for the purpose of measuring site traffic and understanding how visitors navigate the site. Interaction events. If you start or complete an assessment, view a resource, or download a resource, we record that event and associate it with your session. We use this information to understand how visitors engage with our content and to improve our assessments and resources.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver services you have requested, and send communications you have opted into. Assessment results, including your tier and scores, may be used to follow up with advisory outreach relevant to your result. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate our business, including AWS Simple Email Service (SES) for email delivery and Vercel for website hosting, both of which are bound by their own data protection commitments.

Data Retention

We retain contact and inquiry information, including assessment results, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Visitor and session identifiers collected through cookies are retained for up to 13 months. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at contact@chaadv.com.
